Not only does Kirby (who is adorable!) do the scent search, but Adam goes around detecting with a moisture meter as well (and knows what to look for and where to look) making this a great way to detect any potential mold issues, hitting the issue from all angles. Adam is also able to send certain swab areas off for lab mold testing. Hiring a professional dog is a smart option for anyone who is serious about finding mold. The reason police use dogs is because they are able to detect things that humans and machinery just can't ! Also as a female who was alone at the time, Adam felt comfortable, professional and fully safe to be around. Would recommend him and Kirby to everyone who is concerned that they may have mold.
