Once remediators have completed work, but before the costly process of rebuilding begins, we perform a detailed inspection to insure the mold has been effectively removed.
If mold is discovered, we provide a detailed map of which areas need to be addressed, ensuring there is minimal mold in your home before you rebuild.
Indoor Air Quality & Sample Testing
If it's important for you or your doctor to identify which species of molds are present in the home, we are certified microbial inspectors & can take the necessary samples to identify the mold types.

My name is Adam, and I am a certified microbial inspector (NORMI) with formal training in building science and mold remediation protocols—providing clinical oversight alongside every K9 inspection.
